The company was established in 2006 as a sole proprietorship. In 2018, the commercial registration was amended to become a joint-stock company with a capital of EGP 300 million. The company operates in the mining sector and provides logistics services, including loading and unloading, shipping agencies, land and maritime transportation of goods, customs clearance, management and operation of vessels, buying and selling of ships, chartering and leasing of ships and yachts, and operating marine safari trips. In addition, the company is engaged in the establishment and operation of warehouses and storage facilities (excluding hazardous chemical warehouses), land reclamation and preparation with essential infrastructure to make it suitable for cultivation, cultivation of reclaimed lands, maintenance and repair of vessels, management and operation of ports and container yards, management and operation of quarries and mines, mining activities, as well as import and export operations.
